What you see when you place your order.

These are very large photos and may take some time to load.

You start the order process the same way, no matter how you choose to make your payment later.
You get to the check out page by clicking on the text link (Check Out & Order Now)
as shown in Fig #1 below. This text link is under each product on our web site.

The checkout page is shown below in Fig #2.

When you click on the (Check Out & Order Now) button shown in Fig #2 above,
you are taken to a shopping cart review page, as shown in Fig #3 below.

As shown in Fig #3 above you are requested to review your order and use
the (Back To Edit) button if you need to make any changes or click the
(Continue To Checkout) button if you do not need to make any changes.

If you do not need to make any changes to your order, click on the (Continue To Checkout) button.

This will take you to the mailing and shipping address form page shown in Fig #4 below.
Note, you will be entering our secure server area. No information will be sent to us at this point.
Actually, no information will be sent to us until the last step in the order process.

Fig #4 requests that if you have purchased products from us before, that you fill in the first box with your
customer number or zip code . If you are new to Bright Works and have never ordered, simply leave this blank.

Note, the Billing Address, Company Name:, only needs to be filled in if a company is making the purchase,
otherwise leave this box blank. The Shipping Address area only needs to be filled in if the shipping address
will be different than the Billing Address, regardless of personal or business purchase.

If home and work phone numbers are the same, you only need to enter the number in the Home Phone box.

After filling out the form, click the (Continue) button and you will be taken to the review page shown in Fig #5 below.

Up to this point, no information has been sent to us.
You may review your complete order as well as your mailing and shipping information once again.
Use your browsers back button to go back and make any changes you need before completing your order.

As shown in Fig #5 above, this is where you choose how to send your order to us.
