Ordering online with your credit card.
The photo shown below is the screen you are taken to after selecting
the Credit Card button.
When making a purchase with your credit card, your order is not sent to us
until you click the
Continue button after you have entered in your credit card
information as shown in Fig #1 below.
Phone number this must be a contact number for the person who owns
the card.
Card Type, you simply choose your card type from the pull down menu.
Name, you may have noticed on the mailing and shipping information
form,
as seen in Fig #2 below, the name was listed as Dave Waldoch.
However, on this form we entered the name exactly how it is
listed on the credit card, as David A Waldoch.
This information must be correct.
Credit Card number, when entering your card number,
be sure to enter it with No Spaces between the numbers at all.
Expiration Date is entered as two digits for the month and two for
the year.
Once you choose Continue as shown above in Fig #1, your
order is securely sent to our secure server.
If you noticed our certificate is in the name of The Best ISP. They take
care of our secure transaction.
They do not process your order. They simply hold it until we securely download
it from them to process.
We review and process every order personally. We are the only ones that
will see your secure order.
A copy of your order (without) your credit card information is then sent
by E-mail
to us and another copy is sent to you. We then send you a confirmation
E-mail
letting you know that your order has been received and we will
contact you if we have any questions and/or problems.
After sending your order, you are taken to the last screen as shown
in Fig #2 below.
You may print a copy of this page for your records.
You will notice that your credit card information is not
included on this copy of your invoice. This is the same
invoice that is sent to you by E-mail to comfirm your order.
When you are finished, you may click the link at the bottom of the screen
as shown in Fig #2.
