Shopping Cart Problems.

The following information is for Microsoft Internet Explorer web browsers.

Below is a parshall darkened screen shot from our buffing wheels section.
The blue box you see in the middle of the phonto is part of our shopping cart.
It contains our product information, such as the 4" spiral buff and price, hole size, qty, and the ADD button.
If you see this on our web site you should have no problems using our cart.

However, if you do not see the blue box containing the information,
please see some examples below that may help.

The example photos below show a small top portion of a browser window with a security caution.
As shown below, it states that Internet Explorer is restricting active content.

If this caution comes up, simply right click on it and you will get options as shown below in the next photo.
Click on (Allow Blocked Content) and our page should reload showing our product information shopping cart.

The next photo shows another Windows caution, this one is for the security settings.
It states that your security settings will not allow (ActiveX controls) and the page may not display correctly.

You can quickly change your security settings briefly by fallowing the information below & then changing them back.

To change settings, first go up to the top of your browser and click on (Tools) as shown in the photo below.
Next, click on (Internet Options) the last option in the drop down list, as shown in the photo below.

You should then get the Internet options box as shown below. We already have the (Security) tab selected,
in the photo. Windows will usually have the first (General tab) selected when you open the options box up.

Simply click on the slide bar to select (medium) then click on (Apply) then (Ok).

Then click on (refresh or reload on your browser and our cart should be working for you.

To change your settings back, go to (Tools) (Internet Options) (security)
change your settings back, click on Apply and Ok.
